Home & Investment Lending Executive – Tamworth/Armidale

About the role

The Home & Investment Lending Executive is a full‑time permanent position based in ANZ’s Tamworth or Armidale branch, NSW. You will guide customers through the home‑loan and investment‑property journey, build strong local relationships and help drive ANZ’s growth in the Australian lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners in the local market.
• Coach customers through the home‑loan application process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
• Meet individual and branch lending targets while adhering to ANZ’s credit policies.
• Leverage marketing leads and activity generated by ANZ to generate new loan opportunities.
• Collaborate with capability coaches and training programmes to continuously improve lending skills.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the local property market in Tamworth or Armidale.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
