Home & Investment Lending Executive (Monash, VIC)

About the role

As a Home & Investment Lending Executive you will support customers in saving for, purchasing and owning their home or investment property. Working from branch locations across the Monash region, you will use your knowledge of the local market to guide borrowers through the home‑loan journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Monash area.
• Coach clients through each stage of the home‑loan application process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with ANZ’s service standards.
• Leverage ANZ’s marketing and lead generation initiatives to grow your loan portfolio.

Required profile

• Good understanding of the local property and lending market.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with borrowers.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
