Holiday Season Sales Advisor – Broadway Store

About the role

Join H&M as a Sales Advisor for the holiday season at our Broadway store in Glebe. This part‑time role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting store operations during the busy period.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find products.
• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Communicative, creative and curious, with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Flexible, action‑oriented and able to work both fixed‑term (Nov 1 – Dec 26) and casual schedules.
