Holiday Park Management Couple (NSW & VIC)

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts, part of the NRMA Group, invites expressions of interest from experienced management couples to partner with it on holiday parks in New South Wales and Victoria. Opportunities are currently available in NSW, and the company welcomes interest in future roles across its network. This is a contract management arrangement, not a traditional salaried job, and you report to an Operations Manager.

You will live onsite, with accommodation and utilities provided. You must hold, or be prepared to set up, a Pty Ltd company and a valid ABN.

Key responsibilities

• Employ, engage, lead and manage the park team
• Take ownership of day-to-day park operations and guest experience
• Manage budgets, financial performance and the team's payroll
• Drive park performance with strong commercial thinking
• Build relationships with guests, employees, stakeholders and the local community
• Ensure safety, compliance and statutory requirements are met
• Balance hands-on operations with business and people leadership

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing hospitality, accommodation, tourism, holiday park or similar businesses
• Experience running your own business, working as a management couple or in a contract management environment is highly regarded
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgeting and business performance
• Complementary skills across the partnership, ideally covering operations, maintenance/grounds, people leadership, administration and commercial management
• Commitment to a great guest experience and confidence building stakeholder relationships
• Hands-on approach, flexibility around location and interest in living and working onsite
