About the role
TAFE NSW is seeking world‑class academics to shape the future of Children’s Education by inspiring the next generation of higher‑education students. Four permanent full‑time positions are available across Nirimba, Randwick and Ultimo campuses, commencing January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality training and assess student outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain current industry knowledge and ensure programmes remain workforce‑ready.
- Collaborate with industry and community stakeholders.
- Travel to conduct workplace‑based student assessments.
Required profile
- Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood (AQF Level 7) and a postgraduate qualification (AQF Level 8 or above) in a related field.
- Minimum three years full‑time post‑qualification industry experience, gained within the last five years.
- Commitment to ongoing scholarly development and currency in Early Childhood Education.
