Heavy Vehicle (HC) Truck Driver – Brisbane Port

About the role

Join Mondiale VGL’s Brisbane port team as a Heavy Vehicle (HC) driver. You will operate modern trucks to move shipping containers between the port terminals and customer sites, contributing to a fast‑paced logistics operation.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver containers between wharf terminals and client locations, adhering to scheduled timeframes.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate any delays promptly.
• Complete daily run‑sheets, pre‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks in line with fatigue management and Heavy Vehicle National Law.
• Report vehicle or equipment damage and keep the fleet clean and well‑presented.

Required profile

• Current Heavy Vehicle (HC) licence – essential.
• Experience operating a sideloader is highly desirable.
• Possession of a 1‑Stop MSIC card.
• Ability to use Mondiale VGL’s in‑house online tracking and trace system.
• Team‑player who can also work autonomously, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical testing if required.
