Head of Uber Health – APAC

About the role

Uber Health is reshaping access to care by providing reliable, scalable transportation to healthcare services. As the Head of Uber Health for the APAC region, you will own the strategy, growth, and operational execution of the business across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the next phase of growth in Australia and New Zealand, strengthening commercial performance and building a repeatable operating model.
• Define and execute a prioritized roadmap for expansion into additional APAC markets, incorporating market insights, regulatory considerations, and business impact.
• Set and drive the APAC go‑to‑market plan, overseeing revenue growth and operational excellence across priority markets.
• Build, inspire, and manage a high‑performing regional team across sales, customer success, and implementation.
• Establish and expand senior relationships with health systems, payers, government agencies, and ecosystem partners.
• Partner closely with Product, Policy, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Regional Operations to align priorities and navigate market‑specific complexities.
• Advocate for APAC customer needs, shaping global product strategy and providing regular insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in senior leadership roles with P&L ownership.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading commercial, operational, and cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership experience in healthcare with strong familiarity of APAC healthcare systems, stakeholders, and regulatory environments.
