Head of Teaching and Learning F-12

About the role

Tyndale Christian School is seeking a Head of Teaching and Learning for its Salisbury East campus, covering grades F-12. This is a permanent, 1.0 FTE position based in Salisbury East, commencing on 18 January 2027 (negotiable for the right candidate). The role leads teaching and learning strategically and operationally, with responsibility for educational excellence, curriculum development, assessment, professional learning and improved student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and educational innovation across the campus.
• Oversee the effective implementation of the Australian Curriculum and SACE.
• Support staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning practices.
• As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, provide strong Christian leadership, embedding a biblical worldview in curriculum and practice and building relationships across the school and the wider educational community.

Required profile

• A sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, a philosophy of Christian education and regular church attendance.
• Experience leading teaching and learning at a school level.
