Head of Human Resources ANZ

About the role

As Head of Human Resources for Australia & New Zealand, you will lead the strategic delivery of the Group’s people agenda across the region, translating global HR priorities into local plans and ensuring compliance with regional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Group’s HR strategy across ANZ, advising senior executives on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and people‑related risks.
• Lead the evolution of the regional HR function toward a globally integrated operating model, partnering with the Poland‑based HR Centre of Excellence.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and organisational change initiatives.
• Ensure regional HR practices meet employment legislation, regulatory requirements and Group governance standards.
• Lead and develop the regional HR team, setting performance expectations and monitoring KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and relevant legislation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and manage HR operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinking with solid business acumen.
