About the role
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations across multiple sites in the Goldfields region on an 8:6 FIFO roster based out of Perth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor kitchen teams while maintaining a safe, customer‑focused environment.
- Balance hands‑on chef duties with planning, administration and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive team performance and uphold high food safety and quality standards.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies.
Required profile
- Trade Certificate – Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or full working rights.
- Experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in large‑scale kitchen operations within the resources sector.
- Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
- Flexibility and resilience to work an 8:6 FIFO roster.
