Guidewire Senior Consultant – Policy Center

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Guidewire Senior Consultant to join its Sydney delivery team for a Tier‑1 Australian insurer. The role combines technical leadership, delivery management and client engagement within a large‑scale Guidewire Cloud implementation covering PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end configuration, development and integration of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC/BC) and drive solution architecture aligned with Guidewire Cloud Platform best practices.
• Champion AI enablement by using Guidewire GenAI Developer Assistants, Autopilot Workflow Service and Agentic Framework to accelerate development and automate insurance processes.
• Design and implement integrations via MuleSoft, Integration Gateway and Guidewire Cloud APIs, and work with Datahub/CDA for reporting.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, participating in workshops, sprint reviews and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum Guidewire Associate Certification (ACE) in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
• Hands‑on experience on at least one full‑cycle Guidewire cloud implementation or migration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work onsite in Sydney and coordinate with offshore teams.

Required skills

• Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) – release management, upgrade cycles, cloud deployment tooling.
• Gosu scripting, PCF configuration, APD model extensions.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, MuleSoft, Guidewire Integration Gateway.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, automated testing (TestComplete, Selenium, Guidewire native frameworks).
• Familiarity with Jutro Digital Platform, React front‑end development, and Guidewire AI tooling (Developer Assistant, Autopilot, Agent Studio).
