Guest Services Opportunities – Front Desk & Bell Team

About the role

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Front Office team. Positions include Guest Service Officer (front desk), Bell Attendant and Doorperson. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the brand’s 5‑star hospitality standards in a high‑volume, premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently while handling guest enquiries and complaints.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, directions and other requests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and manage driveway traffic flow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Uphold Hyatt’s service standards and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or premium hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with the OPERA property management system is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Valid Australian working rights and availability across all seven days.
