Guest Service Agent

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Mantra Chatswood, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable stay from check‑in through check‑out. Based in the vibrant Chatswood district, you’ll work in a modern hotel offering studio rooms, apartments and an indoor lap pool.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions and neighbourhood hotspots.
• Handle reservations, guest accounts and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues promptly and turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities where appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
