Guest Service Agent

About the role

Join the Front Office Team at Ayers Rock Resort and be the first point of contact for guests visiting the iconic Uluru region. As a Guest Service Agent you will create memorable first and last impressions while delivering seamless check‑in, check‑out and billing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the resort, welcoming guests and ensuring they feel valued.
• Process all check‑in and check‑out transactions efficiently.
• Accurately post hotel charges to guest accounts and handle payments securely.
• Maintain guest satisfaction throughout their stay by addressing requests promptly.
• Utilise the Opera Cloud front‑office system to manage reservations and billing.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with prior experience in a guest service or front‑desk role.
• Ability to work onsite in a remote resort environment.
• Willingness to undergo a national criminal history check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Cloud (hotel front‑office software).
