Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the welcoming face of Mantra Midtown, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will deliver high‑quality hospitality, promote hotel amenities, and share local knowledge to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide VIP‑level service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Promote hotel facilities and services by maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Offer local recommendations on attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Accurately manage reservations and guest accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar hospitality role is an asset.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities; able to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
