Guest Service Agent

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Mantra on Mary in Brisbane, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will represent the Accor brand and promote the hotel’s amenities while providing personalised local recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations accurately.
• Promote hotel facilities such as the heated pool, gym, sauna, and day spa.
• Provide information on local attractions, nightlife, and shopping areas.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across all departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar hospitality role (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
