Guest Service Agent – Full‑Time or Part‑Time

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery, you will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests from around the world and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests warmly and professionally, handling check‑in and check‑out efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve concerns, and promote the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program.
• Process payments, manage guest accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Provide local attraction recommendations and keep the Front Office area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Friendly, confident, professional and able to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player who takes ownership of work.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computer systems; Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded.
