Guest Service Agent - Full Time

About the role

Marriott Hotels is hiring a full-time Guest Service Agent in Adelaide (South Australia). The role supports the Guest Services team with general operational tasks and delivers a personal, attentive experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
• Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
• Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Handle general hotel enquiries and engage guests throughout their stay.
• Assist with verifying and adjusting guest billing and follow up on guest questions and requests.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers and help enable future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Enthusiasm to grow a career, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with the OPERA property management system or a similar system.
