Guest Service Agent – Front Office

About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Guest Service Agent and become the first point of contact for visitors exploring the iconic Uluru region. Based onsite in Yulara, you will deliver friendly, efficient front‑office service while creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, act as an ambassador of the resort and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Process all check‑in and check‑out transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle hotel charges, post to guest accounts and ensure correct payment processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest records using the Opera Cloud system.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly and coordinate with other resort departments.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest service role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to live and work onsite in a remote location.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud (highly regarded).
