Guest Service Agent (Casual)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Guest Service Agent to join our team at the newly transformed Accor hotels in Darwin Airport. This casual position works on a rotating 7‑day roster, covering mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, and involves delivering warm, professional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservations, inquiries and special requests, providing accurate information and local recommendations.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Support other hotel departments to ensure smooth overall operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably hotel front‑desk.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera Cloud (advantageous but not essential).
