About the role

Join Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach as a Guest Experience Host, delivering the luxury service standards of the Sofitel brand. You will be the first point of contact, creating warm, memorable impressions for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms while showcasing hotel facilities.
• Provide personalized information on local attractions, dining, transportation and coordinate valet parking, taxis and private transfers.
• Handle special requests, guest amenities, celebrations and room deliveries with attention to detail.
• Support Concierge and Front Office with reservations, recommendations and guest enquiries.
• Maintain an immaculate lobby and entrance, ensuring presentation aligns with Sofitel luxury standards.
• Safely receive, store and deliver guest luggage, mail and parcels while keeping accurate records.
