GTM Sales Effectiveness Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded GTM Sales Effectiveness Manager to lead operational improvement and business transformation across our APAC go‑to‑market function. Reporting to a senior leader, you will partner with product, commercial, finance, marketing and operations teams to deliver high‑visibility initiatives that boost performance, customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement and transformation projects across the GTM function.
• Identify and implement automation, optimisation and efficiency opportunities.
• Support product launches, customer migration and adoption programmes.
• Establish, monitor and report on commercial and operational KPIs.
• Facilitate governance forums and coordinate stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Drive changes to processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments and performance‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations, sales effectiveness, business transformation or operational excellence.
• Strong project‑management background delivering complex initiatives.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on AI‑enabled process improvement.
