Growth Marketing Manager (Marketplace)

About the role

Respondent is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own participant acquisition across all paid channels. You will run, optimise and scale campaigns, handling everything from copy to creative, and manage a substantial annual budget.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise 10‑20 paid campaigns simultaneously across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google and other proven channels.
• Write copy, create static and short‑form video assets, and develop landing pages in collaboration with designers.
• Allocate and reallocate budget based on performance, monitoring cost‑per‑acquisition and qualified participant metrics.
• Localise campaigns quickly for new countries, demographics and regulatory constraints.
• Conduct hands‑on outreach for ultra‑niche segments, including direct calls to CEOs when needed.
• Document successful tactics into playbooks and flag any funnel bottlenecks to the relevant owners.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience running high‑volume Meta campaigns with full budget control.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously, build paid roadmaps and defend decisions.
• Results‑driven mindset – you’ll flag under‑performing campaigns early.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and hustling for alternative acquisition methods.
