Growth Marketer

About the role

Socially Acceptable is seeking a Growth Marketer to manage a portfolio of small‑to‑medium business clients and help scale the company’s own brand. You will combine strategic planning, hands‑on content creation and process design to deliver measurable results for clients while shaping the way the business operates.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SMB clients, developing audience‑centric strategies that generate high‑quality leads and sales.
• Capture raw visual content on‑site each month, working comfortably with business owners and basic camera equipment.
• Collaborate with the design studio to turn raw assets into polished brand‑aligned content.
• Schedule, publish, monitor and report on social campaigns, providing actionable insights beyond raw metrics.
• Contribute to Socially Acceptable’s own social media and paid‑advertising efforts, including appearing on‑camera.
• Engage prospective clients through discovery calls, proposals and follow‑ups to grow the company’s client base.
• Help define and improve internal processes, creating playbooks for a scaling, team‑focused operation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in at least one area of digital marketing (strategy, content creation, paid media, or analytics).
• Enthusiastic about expanding skills across the full marketing funnel.
• Comfortable shooting and reviewing visual content in a small‑business environment.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑growing, founder‑led to team‑led transition.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
