Growth Development Manager

About the role

As the Growth Development Manager at Youfoodz, you will shape the company’s future expansion by leading the identification, testing, and scaling of new business horizons. Reporting to the Director of Product and Growth, you will work from the Chippendale office in Sydney, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Steer and scale the Youfoodz Government Subsidy business on Shopify.
• Identify and scope new channels, commercial models, and ways of working to expand the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and model unit economics.
• Monitor market penetration for B2B and B2C segments, informing senior leaders of opportunities and risks.
• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new channel, feature, or partnership launches.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, auditors, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, Food Safety, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyse quantitative data, consumer research, and build models to drive business decisions.
• Own P&L, optimise marketing spend, and uncover cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide regular progress reports to Youfoodz and HelloFresh ANZ leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, consulting, project management, or e‑commerce.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Experience navigating regulatory or government frameworks and contracting in new markets.
