Group Pharmacy Manager - Sunshine Coast

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart is looking for an experienced multi-site pharmacist leader to become its Group Pharmacy Manager for the Sunshine Coast. You will work with Network Partners and store leaders to coach, mentor and inspire pharmacy teams, combining customer-first leadership with commercial acumen to drive sustainable business growth and better health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Network Partners and store leaders to develop business strategies, manage budgets, analyse performance metrics and drive growth
• Coach and develop teams through regular one-on-one leadership meetings and spend time in stores mentoring leaders
• Support recruitment, workforce planning and retention with the People & Culture team
• Champion pharmacy programs, services and brand initiatives
• Use data and performance indicators to identify improvements across the pharmacy portfolio

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Extensive leadership experience in a large retail pharmacy or multi-site pharmacy
