Group Manager, Organisational Development, Change & Communications

About the role

Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group), one of Australasia's leading diagnostic imaging providers with more than 2,000 employees across 150+ locations, is seeking an experienced Group Manager to join its People & Culture Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead enterprise strategy across organisational development, leadership capability, employee engagement, change management and internal communications, working closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders. The role leads a small team of specialists and is based in the Corp Office in East Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives
• Build leadership capability, talent development and succession frameworks
• Drive organisational change, transformation and strategic business initiatives
• Shape internal communications and executive messaging across the organisation
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and governance
• Provide strategic advice and insights to the wider business and Senior Leadership team

Required profile

• Significant experience leading Organisational Development, Change and/or Internal Communications functions within a complex organisation
• Demonstrated success partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams
• Proven ability to influence organisational culture and deliver enterprise-wide change
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing people outcomes and business priorities
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills
