Graphic Designer – Philanthropy & Impact Communications

About the role

The Graphic Designer will support SCHF’s philanthropic growth by creating compelling visual assets that engage donors and showcase impact. Working closely with fundraisers and the communications team, you will translate complex data and stories into clear, inspiring designs that drive giving.

Key responsibilities

• Design donor proposals, pitch decks, and stewardship materials aligned with fundraising strategies.
• Produce donor reports, impact summaries, case studies and the Annual Report, ensuring visual consistency and brand compliance.
• Maintain and evolve templates, visual assets and brand guidelines across all philanthropic communications.
• Collaborate with the Philanthropy Communications & Impact team and other internal stakeholders to understand briefs, timelines and priorities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design for nonprofit or fundraising contexts.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with attention to detail and brand fidelity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
