Graphic Designer – Part‑time (Hybrid)

About the role

CTM is seeking a part‑time Graphic Designer to join its Global Marketing Team on a hybrid basis. Working three days a week, you will help shape and maintain the visual identity of the CTM Group across all regional markets and brand portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day design requests for the Global Marketing Team, acting as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop brand assets within Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries.
• Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including website assets, email templates, social media graphics, e‑brochures, infographics, signage and event collateral.
• Curate and organise image, icon and asset libraries to ensure consistency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging graphic design trends, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience designing for corporate brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a global, cross‑functional team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
