Graphic Designer – Packaging & Campaigns

About the role

Underworks, an Australian‑owned apparel brand, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to shape the visual experience of its products and national campaigns. You will work in‑house in Broadmeadows, creating everything from product labels to large‑format billboards that reach millions across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce product labels, packaging, dyelines and pre‑press files.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to bring packaging concepts to life.
• Develop creative assets for the company’s biggest national campaign, including billboards, bus ads and other out‑of‑home media.
• Create point‑of‑sale materials such as posters, shelf signage and product stands.
• Produce digital assets for social media, websites, EDMs and digital display advertising.
• Innovate sustainable packaging solutions that align with Underworks’ environmental goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on packaging, label design and print production.
• Ability to work across a variety of media, from small‑scale packaging to large‑scale outdoor advertising.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with pre‑press processes and print production.
