Graphic Designer - Menswear

About the role

Target is seeking a Graphic Designer focused on menswear to join its Design team. The role blends elevated design with high‑volume retail performance, ensuring graphics are both creative and commercially viable. You will work closely with Design, Buying and Trend teams to deliver graphics that align with brand direction and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret global and local trends into wearable graphics for menswear.
• Create placement prints, yardage and graphic assets with a clean aesthetic.
• Ensure designs are scalable, commercially viable and meet production requirements.
• Partner with offshore teams and suppliers to guarantee accurate execution at scale.
• Maintain consistency in design quality across multiple product categories.
• Deliver work within critical path timelines while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.
