Graphic Designer – Melbourne/Sydney

About the role

Millaine, a full‑service advertising agency specialising in arts and entertainment marketing, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its small, dynamic team. This full‑time role is based in Melbourne/Sydney with the flexibility to work part of the week from home.

Key responsibilities

• Create original visual concepts from limited briefs and adapt existing designs across multiple formats.
• Produce high‑quality digital and print assets while adhering to established style guides.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to ensure design solutions meet project objectives.
• Manage tight deadlines efficiently and contribute to team discussions and projects.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in graphic design.
• Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and style guides.
• Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with clients.
• Willingness to contribute to team projects and discussions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (competent or developing).
• Experience with WordPress; understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital and print production processes and typography.
