Graphic Designer – Marketing Team

About the role

Join Ray White’s curious and creative marketing team as a Graphic Designer. You will blend world‑class graphic design with the legacy of Australasia’s largest real‑estate group, shaping visual identity across a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects in partnership with the Design Manager, Studio Coordinator and two in‑house designers.
• Develop briefs from concept through to final delivery for print, digital, outdoor, online and video channels.
• Make key decisions on creative direction and champion the Ray White style guides.
• Maintain and update over 7,000 marketing templates and ensure strict process adherence.
• Organise files, communicate consistently and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and a sense of humour.
• Creative, curious and willing to think outside the box while protecting brand identity.
• Strong ownership, detail‑orientation and excellent organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite CC.
• Experience using Canva for design projects.
