Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Clarendon Homes, a leading residential construction and property development brand, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Loganholme. You will create high‑quality, brand‑aligned visual assets that support marketing campaigns, customer communications and promotional activities across digital, print and in‑display channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, signage, flyers, web banners, EDMs, social media graphics and in‑display collateral.
• Develop visually engaging, customer‑focused communications that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork correctly for both digital and print output, including pre‑press, large‑format and signage production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting brief requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Digital) and external suppliers to ensure seamless handover and production.
• Maintain and update internal asset libraries, templates, logos and imagery.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and templates for consistency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar in‑house or agency marketing role.
• Proven ability to design for both digital and print channels.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, solutions‑focused attitude with willingness to receive feedback and grow.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for digital publishing and commercial printing.
• Working knowledge of email, social media and digital ad design formats.
