About the role

Aurecon is seeking a motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join its Ports, Marine & Coastal team in Perth. This role offers hands‑on experience on live client projects, allowing you to apply your engineering knowledge while developing a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary project teams on structural design and analysis for ports, marine and coastal infrastructure.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve real‑world engineering challenges.
• Participate in workshops, self‑paced learning and mentorship programmes.
• Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership.
• Engage with the early‑career network, Limelight, to build relationships across the firm.

Required profile

• Completed or near‑completion of a Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related double degree.
• Available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Australian citizenship (mandatory).
• Strong curiosity, communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
