Graduate Structural Engineer – Industrial Structures (Perth)

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Perth Industrial Structures team as a Graduate Structural Engineer. You will work on real client projects from day one, applying your civil and structural engineering knowledge while developing professional accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and analysis of industrial structures on live projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory and design.
• Participate in workshops, self‑paced learning and mentorship programmes.
• Contribute to problem‑solving activities and client communications.
• Progress toward chartership and professional registration.

Required profile

• Completed or near‑completion of a Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related double degree.
• Available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Strong curiosity, communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation to develop both technical and consulting capabilities.
