Graduate Speech Pathologist – 2027 Program

About the role

Join Better Rehab’s 2027 Graduate Program as a Speech Pathologist supporting NDIS participants across Sydney. This community‑based role offers flexible, hybrid work delivering therapy in homes, day centres, parks and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design practical therapy plans for participants aged 6–65 with needs such as language, feeding, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.
• Build long‑term relationships, monitor progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Speech Pathology qualification, graduating in 2026 or January 2027.
• Driver’s licence, own vehicle, and willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children and Police checks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of speech pathology assessment and intervention techniques.
• Ability to deliver participant‑led therapy in community settings.
