About the role
Join our allied health practice as a Graduate Speech Pathologist in the 2027 Grad Program at our Brendale clinic. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering paediatric speech pathology services across clinic and community settings.
Required profile
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain it
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain before start)

- Frequent supervision – weekly 1:1 for first 6 months, then fortnightly
- Monthly professional development in‑service sessions
- Generous salary package: base $80,000 + superannuation $9,600 + PD allowance up to $3,000 (total $92,600)
- Flexible working hours between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, option to work from home
- Paid parental leave up to 12 weeks and up to 5 weeks annual leave including bonus leave
- Dedicated admin support and clinical supervision
