About the role
Join AECOM’s Graduate Program as a Project Manager in the civil engineering stream, starting in 2027. You will work within a high‑performing project and program management team delivering complex infrastructure across transport, water and renewable energy sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of major infrastructure programs by tracking schedule, budget and quality.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, reports and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to monitor progress and identify risks or issues.
- Contribute to all project stages, from initial planning through to delivery and operation.
Required profile
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Commitment to professionalism and integrity.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering (final year or completed).
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand, able to start by February 2027 (or July 2027 for mid‑year finishers).
