Graduate Physiotherapist – 2 Year Development Program

About the role

Our team is expanding and we are seeking recent or upcoming graduate physiotherapists to join a two‑year graduate program. The role offers on‑the‑job support, mentorship, and flexible consulting hours to help you develop as a healthcare professional.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
• Develop and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities.
• Run group exercise classes and collaborate with other allied health professionals for holistic patient care.
• Communicate with general practitioners, referrers and third‑party payers, providing treatment management plans and reports.

Required profile

• AHPRA registration.
• Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating within the next 6 months.
• Interest in musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy.
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check.

Required skills

• Ability to assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Capability to deliver group exercise sessions.
• Effective communication with healthcare stakeholders.
