About the role
Ability Action Australia, one of the largest NDIS providers in Australia, is offering a graduate Occupational Therapist program for 2027. It is aimed at people graduating in 2026 who want a supportive, mentored workplace where they can build a solid foundation for their OT career.
Key responsibilities
- Support participants in the community or clinic
- Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
- Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals
Required profile
- Graduating in 2026, soon-to-be registered OT
- AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
- Licensed driver with your own vehicle
- Curious, compassionate and ready to learn
