About the role
We are seeking a curious and motivated Graduate LCNC Developer to join our digital team and help shape the future of our Power Platform environment. You will work hands‑on with data, building automation and integration solutions that improve reporting and business processes from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Administer database technology and schemas to ensure secure, efficient data access.
- Automate data movement between sources using Power Platform dataflows.
- Maintain data integrity by preventing duplication and aligning related data.
- Identify and resolve data errors promptly.
- Manage security and user access within the Power Platform.
- Document data structures and automation processes thoroughly.
- Monitor performance of Dataverse actions and dataflows, proposing optimisation measures.
- Develop C# plugins to automate processes.
- Collaborate with users and developers to align data structures with business needs.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Required skills
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, Dataverse)
- SQL for data manipulation
- C# for plugin development
- Git version control
- Azure DevOps basics
- Understanding of database design and architecture
