Graduate Financial Analyst - Structured Finance & Valuation

About the role

Envision, a global green technology group focused on renewable energy, storage, digital and hydrogen solutions, is looking for a Graduate Financial Analyst in Melbourne. The role sits within its transaction services and advisory function and combines investment analysis, valuation, structured finance and strategic financial decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Build, own and maintain complex integrated financial models (project finance, 3-statement, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
• Perform valuation analysis for new investments, partnerships and strategic initiatives
• Support the structuring of financing solutions across wind, storage and hydrogen projects
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for senior management and investment committees
• Analyse project returns, capital structure optimisation and risk allocation
• Support fundraising processes and lender engagement
• Work with technical, commercial and legal teams to validate financial assumptions
• Provide financial insight and analytical support to Country Managing Directors

Required profile

• Maximum 3 years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or M&A advisory (Big 4 / Tier 1 advisory)
• Proven track record in valuation and advanced Excel financial modelling (mandatory)
• Experience in energy, renewable, infrastructure or project finance strongly preferred
• Master's degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders, with strong analytical skills and an international mindset

• Advanced Excel modelling of complex integrated project finance models
• DCF, trading comparables, IRR and LCOE analysis
• Familiarity with structured finance and capital structuring
• Financial statement analysis and board-level presentation skills
