About the role
The Qantas Graduate Program – Engineering is a two‑year, rotational graduate role based at the Mascot campus. You will support engineering solutions that keep aircraft operating safely, efficiently and to the highest standards while gaining exposure to a broad network of engineering experts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engineering solutions to maintain fleet safety and performance.
- Contribute to landmark projects such as Project Sunrise.
- Improve processes for existing aircraft through Engines, Performance and Reliability teams.
- Rotate through office‑based engineering environments, tackling new challenges each term.
Required profile
- Final year or recent graduate (within 2 years) of Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace or a related engineering degree.
- Credit average or above.
- Available to start full‑time in February 2027.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
