Graduate Engineer – Mechatronics/Electrical (Brisbane & Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking motivated graduate engineers to join Siemens’ 2027 Graduate Program in Brisbane and Sydney. Over a two‑year period you will work within a dedicated team, gaining deep technical expertise while developing commercial and stakeholder‑engagement skills on projects that shape autonomous building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, sell and deliver building automation, HVAC, controls and networking solutions for human‑centric autonomous buildings.
• Partner with customers and technical experts to solve challenges in building automation systems.
• Develop proposals, engage stakeholders and support project delivery from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with operational and sales teams to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Curious, innovative mindset with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for problem‑solving and making a positive impact.
