Graduate Developer – Remote (Australia Only)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Graduate Developer to join our fully remote Australian team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or junior developers who want hands‑on experience building web and software applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web and software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under senior developer guidance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project teams on feature implementation.
• Support system enhancements, updates, and performance optimisation.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation for assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Based in Australia.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant academic projects, internships or personal coding projects are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java or PHP.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of databases.
• Experience with version‑control tools such as Git (preferred).
