Graduate Data Scientist / Analyst (4‑day week)

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our high‑performing analytics team as a Data Scientist/Analyst. This is a 4‑day week position designed to match the workload, giving you a dedicated day for study, personal development, or work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a senior account manager to support their categories.
• Produce monthly promotional ROI analysis (actual vs. expected, baseline impact, rate of sale).
• Run pre‑promo analysis to estimate uplift, margin impact and cannibalisation risk.
• Support range reviews using scan performance data (Circana/IRI).
• Prepare field briefing materials and cycle priorities.
• Build dashboards and automate reporting, improving data presentation where possible.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in data science, analytics, commerce, economics or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong Excel skills and genuine curiosity about data.
• Interest in how data drives commercial decisions.
• Commercially curious and self‑driven.
• Clear communicator able to translate data into actionable stories.
