Graduate Consultant – Program Performance (2027)

About the role
Join Aurecon’s 2027 Graduate Program as a Consultant in Program Performance. You will work on live client projects, applying analytical and problem‑solving abilities while developing a solid foundation in project management within a multidisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own your career development through workshops, self‑paced learning and mentorship.
- Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills on real client projects.
- Collaborate with diverse engineering, advisory and design teams.
- Participate in Aurecon’s early‑career network, Limelight, to build industry connections.
- Contribute to project delivery while gaining exposure to various sectors.
Required profile
- A Diploma in Project Management or a degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Geotechnical studies, or a related field (completed or near completion).
- Australian citizenship (mandatory) and a valid driver’s licence (desirable).
- Availability to start full‑time in early February 2027.
- Proactive attitude, natural curiosity and strong written and verbal communication skills.
