Graduate Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the role

This 24‑month graduate position gives recent graduates hands‑on experience supporting Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) devices across clinics and operating rooms in Canberra. You will receive structured classroom training and in‑field mentorship to develop clinical and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during device implants and follow‑up checks in hospitals and clinics.
• Assist team members with clinical, administrative, stock and marketing tasks as needed.
• Support sales and marketing programmes, deliver technical presentations, and take part in clinical study activities.
• Manage in‑field stock and act as technical backup for patient follow‑ups under the guidance of a Senior Territory Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or health sciences.
• Valid driver’s licence, own transport and willingness to travel for work.
• Commitment to a full‑time, 24‑month graduate contract.
