About the role

Join Egis’s two‑year Graduate Programme as a Civil Engineer on the Urban Development team based on the Sunshine Coast. You will work on a variety of land‑development and residential projects, gaining hands‑on experience in consulting and construction engineering while contributing to sustainable city solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to deliver project components from concept to construction.
• Support site‑based activities and field inspections as required.
• Apply engineering principles to solve real‑world challenges in land development and residential projects.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards, regulations and quality expectations.
• Participate in continuous learning sessions and mentorship activities within the global graduate programme.

Required profile

• Recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering.
• Eligibility to start full‑time work in February 2027.
• Legal right to live and work in Australia.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous internship or vacation work experience in a consulting or construction environment is highly desired.
